2. Your Content

Ownership

You own everything you create:

• Photos, videos, trips, notes, and moments

License to Us

You grant Breadkrumb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the service.

This license exists only to run and improve the product. We do not sell your content.

Your Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share your content, and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

3. Shared & Collaborative Content

When you share a trip or workspace:

• Others may view, interact with, and contribute content
• Permissions may vary (e.g., editor vs viewer)

You are responsible for what you share.

4. AI & Recommendations

Breadkrumb provides suggestions using AI.

Important:

• Recommendations are informational only
• We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability
• You are responsible for decisions (travel, bookings, etc.)

5. Third-Party Services

Breadkrumb may integrate with:

• Hotels, travel services, or booking providers (now or in future)

We are not responsible for:

• Pricing or availability
• Service quality
• Third-party policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with the system
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes on others’ rights
• Share content you do not have rights to

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Reporting & Blocking

Users may report content or other users that they believe violate these Terms. We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

9. Data & Sync Limitations

Breadkrumb may:

• Operate offline
• Sync data across devices

We do not guarantee:

• Perfect synchronization
• No data loss

You are encouraged to export important data.

10. Account & Termination

You may:

• Stop using the service anytime
• Delete your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse is detected

11. Disclaimer

Breadkrumb is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Perfect recommendations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law: Breadkrumb is not liable for damages resulting from use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept updates.
